Tracker Radar Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
Tracker Radar ("the app") is developed by Sukru Demir. The app helps you find hidden Bluetooth trackers and unfamiliar Bluetooth devices around you. It is built to do that work on your iPhone or iPad: we do not run servers that receive your scan results, and we have no user accounts.
Summary
- Scan results, device history and settings stay on your iPhone or iPad.
- We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location or photos.
- We do not use advertising, ad identifiers or cross-app tracking.
- The only data that leaves your device is anonymous purchase information, handled by Apple and RevenueCat (see below).
What the app accesses, and why
- Bluetooth. Used to detect nearby Bluetooth devices such as AirTags, SmartTags and Tile trackers, including in the background if you turn on background tracker detection. Device identifiers, signal strength and timestamps are stored on your device only, so the app can tell you whether a device has been following you.
- Notifications. Used to alert you when a possible tracker is found. Notifications are generated on your device.
The app does not use your location, camera, microphone or local network.
Data stored on your device
The app keeps a history of detected devices (first and last seen, number of sightings), your list of trusted devices, scan history and your settings. This data is stored in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad, is not sent to us, and is removed if you use Settings → Clear all data in the app or delete the app.
Purchases
Tracker Radar offers Full Access as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to record purchases and see aggregate sales statistics. RevenueCat receives the transaction details from Apple together with an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Sharing and web links
If you choose to share a device report, the app opens the standard iOS share sheet and you decide where it goes. If you tap "Research device" or "Search this device online", your browser opens a Google search for that device's name; that search is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can erase everything the app has stored with Clear all data or by deleting the app. For questions about purchase records held by RevenueCat, contact us and we will help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
